Terms of use

The service

diesiebte proposes one item each day to watch, read or listen to in German, and records the days you complete. The service is provided without charge. There is no paid tier, no feature is withheld from any user, and no part of it is offered on the expectation of future payment.

Accounts

You must register using an email address that belongs to you, and must keep your password confidential. One account is permitted per person. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account; if you have reason to believe it has been accessed by another person, notify the operator at avc.lleida@gmail.com.

Third-party content

The operator does not host, copy or republish the work of others. Each suggestion consists of a title, its source, and a link to the original on the publisher's own site. Your use of that material is governed by the terms of the publisher concerned and is a matter between you and them. One exception applies: the singing exercise reproduces a single chorus of a song alongside a link to the complete lyrics, so that there is something to sing.

Material you create remains yours. The operator claims no rights over your exercises, your recordings or the translations you enter into a vocabulary list, and does not read, publish or use them to train any system.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to disrupt the service, access it by automated means, or obtain access to the accounts of other users. The translation feature is subject to a daily limit because each translation incurs a cost; the limit exists to prevent a single user exhausting the allowance available to others.

Availability, warranties and liability

The service is a free project operated by a private individual. It may become unavailable, features may be withdrawn, and it may be discontinued. It is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranty of any kind, and the operator accepts no liability for any consequence arising from its use, save where such liability cannot be excluded by law, which for a consumer in the European Union covers a substantial part of it.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings, and all associated data is erased with it. The operator may suspend or close an account used to attack the service or another user, and will state the reason for doing so.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law, and the courts of the operator's place of residence have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you retain the right to bring proceedings in your own country of residence, and nothing in these terms removes a consumer protection afforded to you there.
